Supply & Demand Chain Executive celebrates influential women in the supply chain and their impact on the industry

The Women in Supply Chain Award recognizes women supply chain leaders whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples lay the foundation for women at all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

McCain has shown impressive leadership as she led the supply chain and customer experience at Berry Global, and has now become Vice President, Healthcare, North America, for the Consumer Packaging International division. . Not only did she help improve Berry’s supply chain during one of the most difficult years, but she also served as a role model for the supply chain industry, the manufacturing industry. plastic and women in general.
Storer is responsible for demand planning, supply planning and strategic sourcing for Berlin Packaging in North America. Over the past year, she led Berlin Packaging’s efforts for ‘Up Their Planning Game’, a strategy to increase the sophistication of the way they serve their customers, which has earned her recognition from Berlin Packaging and Logility as Best Supply Chain Project 2021 by Supply chain and demand manager. In addition to her day job, Storer also volunteers with Global Leadership Partners, where she leads webinars and mentoring sessions in multiple countries to develop and equip future world leaders.
Francis acts as the S&OP manager of ChemPoint, where she manages the supply and demand planning team. His team works with the commercial division to increase forecasting accuracy, build strong supplier relationships and manage inventory at optimal levels. Francis has experienced impressive growth in her career due to her curiosity and desire to continuously improve, and takes pride in helping establish a presence for women in the field.
