MARINE

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas is awarded a Fixed Price Incentive Amendment (Firm Target) not to exceed $261,425,000 (P00010) to a previously awarded contract (N0001920C0009). This modification increases the possibilities for the supply of long-lead materials, parts, components and efforts for the production of nine F-35C aircraft from Batch 17 for the Navy, 13 F-35A aircraft from Batch 17 and two F- 35B of lot 17 for non-US Department of Defense (DOD) participants. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (57%); El Segundo, California (14%); Warton, UK (9%); Cameri, Italy (4%); Orlando, Florida (4%); Nashua, New Hampshire (3%); Baltimore, Maryland (3%); San Diego, California (2%); Nagoya, Japan (2%); and various locations outside of the continental United States (2%), and is expected to be completed in May 2026. Fiscal 2022 Aircraft Procurement Fund (Navy) in the amount of $75,425 $000; and non-US DOD participant funds in the amount of $186,000,000 will be committed at the time of grant, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. AVIATION

AKIMA Logistics Services LLC, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a fixed price contract of $109,723,382 to provide contractor logistics support for a total of 58 US Air Force Academy aircraft located at Peterson Air Force Base, the US Air Force Academy and an Academy Auxiliary. airfield, all located in Colorado. This contract includes tow planes and tow pilots supplied by the contractor. The performance venue is the US Air Force Academy and Peterson AFB. Work is scheduled to begin April 7, 2022 and is expected to be completed by April 6, 2032. This price is the result of a competitive acquisition. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a maximum long-term contract of $55,479,425 (SPRPA1-22-F-0LB5) against a 10-year base order agreement (SPRPA1-14-D- 002U) in support of the KC-46 program. This was a sole-source acquisition using 10 US Code 2304(c)(1) justification, as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a basic three-year contract with two one-year option periods. The performance location is Missouri, with a performance completion date of April 6, 2025.
